July Weekend at the Cabin 2015

A gorgeous wildlife-filled weekend at the cabin

Scenic Drive to Cabin – Poudre Canyon, Laramie River Rd, Hwy 130, Brubaker Lane. A lovely 3.5 hr ride through amazingly green countryside.

Scott and Yvonne and Gabe at the cabin overnight:They arrived late Friday, had Mojitos and key lime pie before bed. Saturday Gabe caught 2 Brookies and 3 nice Rainbows at the kids pond, then we ate lunch and fished Yeagers pond in the rain.

Sunday Workday. Cut grass and trimmed weeds at both cabins. Hummingbirds and a Yellow Bellied Sap Sucker. Drinks and tour of David and Janet Lockman’s fishing ponds, sunset with a doe antelope 50 yds from our front porch and an appearance from our porch bunny!
